A world away

This was how much snow there was in Idaho at Christmastime. It's hard to believe that now there is even more! As Blake and I spent the morning pulling weeds we thought about the rest of our family shoveling snow. Are we really only a couple of states away? It was a blast to play in the snow for a week (in our Walmart bag-wrapped tennis shoes- see young Padawan for a visual) but AZ in February can't be beat.

We'll be experiencing California in February this week as we are visiting Kristel's mom for a week! Your kids are so cute!

I love the garbage bags. Should I save all of my kids old winter clothes and take them home to Idaho for such occassions.

Of course, Keri, we are never too proud to accept handouts. My kids would appreciate it!

I want to know why you're pulling weeds when you don't have any grass...

Weeds grow anywhere, that's our legacy from Adam and Eve.
