Our Dutch Baby brought this home on Mother's Day and while I heartily applaud their efforts,
I can't help but add that this is truly the most unflattering picture of any of my children that has ever been taken.
Who's baby is this? If I didn't recognize the glasses that she's wearing as the same ones that I have to take in to get adjusted bi-weekly, or the teeny-tale that I put in her hair in our last-minute morning frenzy of updo before 8 a.m. church, I would have sworn (by looking at this picture alone) that she belonged entirely to someone else. Like maybe these people of Vance Refrigeration:

Don't misread, I think my daughter is a beautiful child. But that's what makes this picture even funnier.
At least you got a picture. Bella had missed nursery for about 3 weeks so I only got a few scribbles on my "MOM" card. Then again, maybe no picture is better than a bad picture... I still think she looks cute though.

It is very hard to get a good picture when your daughter refuses to smile for the camera! The girls in that class just cannot be bothered! We love Holland.

I laughed out loud by myself. The pic of the lady reminded me of the receptionist on Ace of Cakes. I think her name is Mary Alice.
She is still darling...keep in mind that when it was her turn for her photo shoot she began crying according to our designated Nursery photographers. After about 15 minutes of their best calming efforts and begging this was the overall best photo. You'll have years of laughing I mean cherished memories of when Holland gave you a Mother's day card in 2009. :o)
