Another miracle

For at least a year We hadn't seen any money from Dan, the ponzi schemer that took our money and ran with it, as we sat trustingly thinking he was investing it in real estate that would make money for us. He was caught and prosecuted a few years ago and forced to pay back the investors, which he did for awhile. Last we heard he was on the lam. Imagine our surprise to see a deposit in the bank from him on Friday, the very day that Blake found out our van needed expensive repairs. This is how its been since the first. We have only ever received payments when we have been in the most desperate need. While it would be nice to be able to get a large chunk of change to play with, it never goes that way. Our Heavenly Father, who loves us, can help us in this capacity when the need is real. Because we were foolish in trusting this person with our money we had no reason to think we would ever see any of that money again. But our merciful Father orchestrated a way for a portion of that money to get back to us. While the loss of the money still stings the testimony we have gained about a Father in Heaven who knows our needs more than makes up the difference. We are blessed and protected and loved.
