Some may not get the humor, but I think it's sad, but hilarious. This cartoon was inspired by this and this.

My Second Political Cartoon
I'm baaaaaaack! Now with my Fridays off I needed something to do with my spare time. Thanks to some new software I purchased with birthday money (Thanks Ma and Pa Scoresby and Ma and Pa Shirley!), I think I now may have a full blown hobby on my hands. And it only took me like 10 hours over the last two days. Jenna's been rolling her eyes at me the entire two days. But I'm sure I'll get faster as I learn the capabilities of the software. My next acquisition is going to be a pen tablet - it's hard to draw with a mouse. Anyway, I think it's light years ahead of my last cartoon. Enjoy.

My First Political Cartoon
Instead of a long winded rant on my political views, I decided to try my hand at a political cartoon. I haven't drawn anything in a long, long time, so I'm a bit rusty. I'm a little nervous about revealing it, but Jenna laughed so it can't be that bad. Without further ado, I give you, "If Obama interviewed for the job of President"...(drum roll)...(you may need to click on the picture to enlarge it to see his 'resume')...

[If you can't read it, his resume says, "Objective: To be President of the USA. Qualifications: 1) I'm black; 2) I'm a natural born citizen, I think; 3) I'm over age 35; 4) I'm not George Bush; 5) I'm for hope; and, 6) I'm for change.]
So should I change jobs or what? I have a couple more ideas, but it's hard to find the time as you can tell from the lateness of this post. I should be in bed.
