Observations on the Gem State

In Idaho the first page of the news is always about animals.
In Idaho you can play outside in the middle of the day.
In Idaho there are no HOAs.
In Idaho you can run across the horizon.

There are giant trees to jump out of in Idaho.
In Idaho you can order fry sauce at the drive-thru.

Idaho is a great way to spend summer!

Oh the joys of enjoying summer out of the valley of the sun. I agree- we didn't get enough time together in Relief Society. But from what I can tell I think you're gonna be awesome in Young Women's! What a fun calling. And I must admit- I'm deeply disappointed in your lack of obsession for my Edward and Jacob. I don't think I can like you so much now... lol. JK (kinda ;)

Love this post! I'm up way past midnight surfing your blog and playing catch-up! I miss you! You always make me laugh and brighten my day. I can just hear your wicked sense of humor coming through in your posts, Jenna. We need to get together soon. My Claire just turned one and you haven't met her yet. We're heading to Utah this week and school starts Aug. 4th, so don't hold your breath. What are your plans?

P.S. I liked "The Host," but my hubby is a sci-fi geek and I've turned into one too.

I love fry sauce I have only had it once, when I went to my sister-in-laws wedding in Idaho! They really should share it with the rest of the world. I'm off to San Diego on Sat. can't wait for the cooler weather. It's nice to be able to be outside in the afternoon hours!

Cute! I love all of the pictures. I'm so glad to see you sharing your vacation with us people baking in Arizona but I sure love it in the winter time! Oh yeah....Idaho did share fry sauce with Utah because they have it there at lots of places and it's incredible! Thanks Idaho for potatoes, fries and fry sauce...please bring extra back to share with us. ;o)

FRY SAUCE! Oh, it just makes my mouth water to think about dipping thick fries into the marvelous concoction! When we were in Utah, I commented to Tom what a shame it was that fry sauce isn't universally accepted. C'mon Sonic!

Last summer I brought a few packs of fry sauce home with me in my suit case! Ha-ha I can't believe I did that, but frys aren't the same without it!

That fry sauce is making my mouth water. Some Dude's Fry Sauce is the best I have found. It can be ordered at the following website.
http://somedudesfrysauce.com/store/index.php OR you can buy it at Smith's, Albertson's and Walmart.

Thanks for the fun entry about summer. I wish I was a kid again.
