It's so liberating not being under the curse of the purple Dodge Caravan. We were able to sell that van this week--thanks to the enigmatical Craig and his magical List. We love you, Craig, whoever you are, for freeing us from the hex. After only 2 weeks of it being listed we were able to trade it for a few hundred dollar bills, a fifty, and about 45 twenties. Beautiful, beautiful twenties. I've never seen a wad of cash that big, except in cop movies in brief cases. It was fun to count.
I have lots of ideas for good homes for those twenties. First, a practical expense: glasses for Holland. We noticed her eye crossing when she looks at things up close. The eye doctor confirmed she needs glasses to help her focus. I ordered them today and they will be here in 10 business days. Until they come we have been practicing with other glasses we have around the house.
And best of all, now with the sale of that van, Blake can afford to get me a Wii Fit for Christmas. I'm going to be so surprised and so excited! I can't wait!!!

Yay, except that we won't see you coming. And can I invite myself over to your house to get Fit? I'll bring the treats.
What kind of disclosure came with the sale of the van?
I will miss that blasted-or blessed thing, I got used to looking for it in your drive way...BTW-you are on my list and since you reposted you are at the top. If you don't see yourself, hit "show all" and you'll appear...neener neener neener! Jen (not Dave Mix)
It's almost like your van is a nice old person who dies and unexpectedly leaves you a some money in a will. You'll love the Wii Fit--I dare you to beat Anna's hula hoop record!
Can't wait to see Blake's Mii on Wii Fit.
Ooh...let me know where you find a Wii Fit! I've been a-lookin' for a while now!
Jenna you seriously crack me up! Sometimes I click on your blog just because I need a pick me up laugh and you never fail me! Rock I mean Wii ON!!!
Jenna, you are hilarious! That picture of Blake about killed me! Keep writing!
